Sony today introduced a new addition to their T-series of ultra-compact cameras. This one features 7.2 megapixels, 3x Optical Zoom lens, ISO sensitivity from 64 to 1000 and shutter speed of up to 1/1000 second. Another noteable featue is higher sensitivity and double anti-blur technology, which combines Super SteadyShot with extremely high sensitivity to make blurred images a thing of the past. The large high resolution 2.5" LCD is perfect for sharing images using the built-in Slideshow with Music function. All of this comes packaged in a stainless steel body less than 0.8" thick and weighing only 4.7 oz, for a price of about 400 dollars

“The number of digital still cameras per household is steadily increasing, up to three or four, which suggests that people are buying cameras to fulfill different needs,” said Phil Lubell, director of marketing for digital still cameras and photo printers at Sony Electronics. “Our new model is so stylish that it can be viewed as a fashion accessory.” The Sony Cybershot DSC-T10 camera will be available in August for about $400 at sonystyle.com.
