The PowerShot SD430 is Canon’s first wireless digital compact camera.
Bringing Canon style and performance to the wireless age, the
camera’s Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11b) support offers users a new level of
flexibility and convenience in digital photography. Megapixel.net have reviewed the SD430, also known as the IXUS Wireless in other parts. They report-
“…while the SD430 would have benefited from a bit stronger
built-in flash, in all other areas, including its wireless
capability, the SD430 is impressive. Well-finished, easy to
carry, sufficiently flexible to capture a wide range of subjects,
the SD430 should be suitable for a wide number of people,
and would even satisfy the needs of SLR users looking for
a second, more compact camera.”
