Sony Alpha DSLR a100 owners, you’ll want to know that Sony Europe has released a firmware update for its A100 DSLR, bringing it to version 1.1, and providing improved image data converter SR.

The update fixes a bug when RAW files are opened in Windows with the Sony included software, Picture Motion Browser. Other features include improved image gradation when photos are captured at one second or longer and improved print quality with the Epson R printer. The update also includes new display of lens information.
