For the first time in it’s history, Sigma is launching a photo contest, Faces in Nature.

Contestants must submit prints under the theme of nature, made using a Sigma lens. The contest runs until March 30, 2007 and the top three prizes are Sigma lenses.

  • First prize is a Sigma 70-200mm f2.8 EX DG Macro zoom lens, worth $1200
  • Second prize ia a Sigma 12-24mm f4.5-5.6 EX DG zoom lens, retailed at $960.
  • Third prize is a Sigma 70mm f2.8 EX DG Macro, worth $570.

Entrants can submit up to two film or digital prints, black and white or color. Winners will be announced on Apr. 30, 2007.
