Word is just in that Fujifilm today announced the FinePix Z100fd – an eye catching ultra-compact, 8-MegaPixel digital camera designed for the stylistically influenced consumer. Sporting a totally redesigned metal body with a unique ‘diagonal slide’ lens cover and illuminated ‘Z’ logo, the FinePix Z100fd is available in four eye-catching color schemes, ‘Shell Pink’, ‘Satin Silver’, ‘Cappuccino Brown’ and ‘Tuxedo Black’ (a striking black special edition with a contrasting white sliding cover panel).

The standard auto and programmed scene options make this a camera that any novice can operate with a high degree of probability to produce technically good images, while at the same time providing full manual controls to allow more experienced users to set more defined shooting parameters.
